Question:
I am running iService on our own equipment, and just got a new license key to increase our agent count. How do I apply this update?
Answer:
The license key is stored within the iService database in the Settings table. You an use the following script to update that value.

USE [mastername.tenantname]
GO
update [dbo].Settings set value='###-some-key-value' where name='AgentsMaximumCount'
GO

Change the values in red as appropriate. The first line above selects the tenant database that will have its agent count changed. The second line updates the value for AgentsMaximumCounts using the string provided.
