Question:
I want to receive a report every week. How do I subscribe?
Answer:
You can subscribe to a report to have it delivered to you automatically. A subscription specifies the type of delivery, delivery time, report output format, and for reports that have parameter input fields, any user-defined parameter values that should be used in the copy of the report you receive. Reporting Services provides Report Server E-mail delivery and File Share delivery, but if you are an iService OnDemand customer and need file share service you must make arrangements through your One-to-One Service.com account manager for that access.

In Report Manager, on the Contents page, click the drop down next to the report and select Subscribe.



In Delivered by, select E-Mail.

In the To text box, enter the address for the user that will receive the subscription.

Complete the other fields as shown below and save your subscription.
