When I login to iService, I can see what looks like an agent chat display and cannot remove it?
Here are the steps to correct:
1) Open iService in IE -- https://<tenantname>.iservicecrm.com
2) Check if your IE browser version is 8 or above: with IE open, locate the Help menu (in IE8 this is the rightmost menu item: File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, HELP) and then select About. IE will display a window that shows the version number – check that it’s IE 8 or above. If the version is IE 7, please contact your desktop support person to help the you upgrade to IE 8 or above. Once upgraded, go to step 3.
3) Check if compatibility view is selected: click on the Tools menu (in IE8 -- to the left of Help) and locate the Compatibility View menu item. It is most likely selected – click on the menu item to deselect.
4) The screen should refresh with the correct view of the current iService tab with no chat interface items.
An alternative to checking your compatibility mode is to press F12 to access the developer toolbar. This will open a panel that includes the Compatibility Mode or Document Mode. Make sure it is set to the most current version.
