When I log in, I don't see the Message Queue tab
Answer:
If you are logged into iService and you don't see your regular iService tabs, e.g. Message Queue, Admin Tools, one of the first things to check is that you are logged in with the email address your iService administrator or supervisor has given you. A common error is logging in with a variation of your email address which might not be tied to the iService agent user role.

Check with your iService administrator or supervisor to make sure you are logging in with the correct email address. They can view your iService agent email address at: Admin Tools-->Agents-->Contact Details, and locate the "Login" field. They can make sure the email address you are trying to log in with matches.

Note: to iService administrator/supervisor -- if the agent's email address needs to be changed, there may already be a contact record created (usually when the agent emailed into an email address that's monitored by iService before he/she was an iService agent). If this is the case, you will not be able to change the email address until you change the old one. You will get an error like this: "Specified login name 'emailaddress@somedomain.com' is already in use." To workaround this, locate the contact record in Customer Info-->Search for the email address, click on the contact name in the results, go to the Details tab and locate the "Login" field. Replace the "@" in the email address to "AT" and uncheck the "IsEmail" checkbox. Click "Save". You should now be able to change the agent's email address in Admin Tools-->Agents-->Contact Details, and change their email address to the desired one in the "Login" field.
